Need It Now takes responsibility for delivering your fresh flower order within the following prescribed times:
All other orders will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. Deliveries to business addresses are scheduled before 5pm. Deliveries to homes can be made before, during or after business hours by arrangement. Please make of use the Special Instructions to communicate your requirements.
Special arrangements can be made for urgent and high priority orders at an additional price. Please make use of the “Special Instructions” field to communicate your requirements.
The standard delivery fee for deliveries to major population centres in Australia is fixed at $9.90 by our network of florists and is added to your order at the checkout. The Standard Delivery fee is applied to all orders but may be adjusted with your permission, to accommodate remote towns, mine sites and difficult to reach locations. If an additional delivery charge is required, our call centre personnel will phone you for permission before proceeding with your order.
Gift baskets and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. Need It Now reserves the right to reject orders with appropriate proof of age.
Need It Now Limited outsources your order to local florists in your region to prepare arrangements of flowers according to the bill-of-materials associated with each bouquet displayed on this web site. The local florist may elect to deliver those flowers using their own drivers or sub-contract the delivery out to a 3rd party courier company.
All orders received by the prescribed times above will be delivered on a “best efforts” basis. Delays due to heavy traffic, bad weather, fuel strikes and any other unforeseen event will prevent us from delivering in the prescribed time.
All bouquets are prepared fresh and delivered in appropriate climate controlled delivery vehicles. Need It Now recommends that all flowers be transferred to a cool site out of direct sunlight and prevailing winds to prolong the life of the flowers.
All care is taken in the handling and delivery of flowers. In the event that the arrangement is damaged in transit then Need It Now will arrange with the appropriate local florist for their replacement.
Orders received by 2:00PM AEST are dispatched same day, and then standard delivery times apply. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.
Please note that the below delivery times are for all capital and metro cities only. For deliveries to regional and country areas, please allow for at least one additional working day for delivery. When placing orders for delivery during peak times such as Christmas, additional delivery time may be required.
Orders must be received by 02:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day. Cookies, Cakes and Muffins can not be delivered with flowers or gift baskets due to delivery restrictions.
Orders must be received by 12:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5:00PM and to residential addresses before 7:00PM Monday-Friday. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.
Orders for most products must be placed 2-3 days prior to requested delivery date to ensure timely delivery. Deliveries to regional and country areas will require 4 days notice and may take up to 7 working days to be delivered due to delivery restrictions.
Orders must be received by 04:00PM AEST prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders are dispatched from Sydney by courier on an overnight express service for delivery next business day. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.
Please note that deliveries to regional areas, remote areas (eg rural properties) Northern Territory and Nth QLD during wet season generally take 48hours more to arrive at their destination. We do not deliver on weekends. Orders placed before 01:00PM on a Friday, will be dispatched that day for delivery on the next business day (Monday). We do not deliver to Hospitals on weekends due to inwards gifts not forwarding the gift to patients. Please provide an alternate residential address.
Orders received by 10:00am AEST Monday - Thursday are dispatched same day, and will be delivered next day to most Australian destinations. We do not deliver on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday so chocolates aren’t in transit over the weekend. Please note that orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday morning for a Tuesday delivery. Deliveries to remote country areas will take 2-3 days for delivery.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your order less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
